The original story is that poutine originated in the 1950s at a restaurant in Canada in the province of Quebec. It is widely accepted that poutine was invented when a customer asked to add cheese & gravy to their fries! “Poutine” is Montreal slang for “A Mess.”

Traditional Poutine is a combination of French fries, sprinkled with cheese and finally topped with a traditional Canadian gravy. The heated French fries melts the cheese and the hot gravy makes the entire meal "a mess" known as "Poutine"

We have taken traditional poutine and flipped it on its head. Our fries are fresh cut with nutrients of the potato skin intact and sprinkled with traditional Portuguese cheeses. We then assembled an array of succulent sauces inspired by countries worldwide!

Portuguese love their fries. They add fries to almost every traditional dish as an accompaniment. So, why not make a meal out of their beloved fries and add a twist of flavour to make it even more succulent? Tourists will feel at home with our infused flavours!
